Our Fees
- New lease charges are 50% of 1 months rent or 75% of 1 months rent without a management agreement.
- Monthly Management fees are charged thereafter and generally range from 8% to 10% depending on the cities and neighborhoods. The rougher the neighborhood, the more we charge due to the extra time spent handling the tenants and the properties.
- These fees are negotiable depending on your rentals.
